KLM Bulk Coater's offer the following features:

Minimizes Head-Fill
Hydraulic Braking System
Hydraulic Drive
Average cycle time of 2.5 minutes
Maximum Load Capacity of 1.36 cubic feet for recessed drive parts
Maximum Load Capacity of 2.5 cubic feet for non-recessed drive parts
Load size ranges from 75 - 300 lbs (depending on part size and weight)
Coating container working volume 45 - 50 gallons

1) Head Fill Minimizer for use with recessed parts
2) Standard unit for use with non-recessed parts

Choice of basket size (standard 24" or custom designed for your application)
Manual or auto loading
Stainless steel load cell hopper
Choice of controls (Panelmate, PLC, or other as specified)
